Let me start by saying it is very humbling to be a part of all of this. I’m just a blue-collar guy that likes to fish and likes people.
A new Lowen Buck knife went on sale this week and is available at Smoky Mountain Knife Works. Since the 2010 knife sold out so quickly last year and everyone loved the chance to win a prize package, this year they upped the ante. 10 special knives with a golden lucky bass on them mean 10 winners of a Flambeau tackle box filled with my Ima Square Bill, Brass ‘N Blades, Feather ‘Flage, Reins Tungsten, Tight Lines and Optimum baits and Trilene. The promotion culminates on July 22nd with “Bill Lowen Day” at Smoky where I will hang out with knife/fishing junkies where they have the opportunity to win some great gear from Onyx Outdoors. On the 23rd I will be fishing on Douglas Lake with the grand prize winner. I can already guarantee that the rest of the family will be a the water park. They love that place.
Go to www.SMKW.com and request your free copy of the catalog today or send one to someone in your family.
On the Fishing front – West Point is a real test this week on the Elites but I love new lakes. The APR flipping stick will be in my hand and we’ll hope for the best.
